Covid-19 brought about circumstances beyond our control and with the Canada-US border closed for an undetermined period of time, we made the difficult decision to sell our beautiful unit at Harbour Isle West, furnished and turnkey. Annette immediately stepped up and provided strong photography to show off all of the unit’s highlights and an excellent write-up. It was very disconcerting to have the unit for sale without being present, but with the help of friends onsite, we were able to keep our unit looking top notch for viewings, and Annette had a solid number of agents and potential buyers go through. Joy kept us up to date with her reports and responded patiently to all of our inquiries.

Thanks for checking in on us. For the most part we spent March, April and May at Harbour Isle and we have no complaints. We love our winter home and are very happy with our selection to live at Harbour Isle West, after looking at many other homes and Condo from Port St Lucy to Vero Beach.
The Harbour Isle Resales office could not have done more to make the purchase of our unit easy and straight forward. Annette Sanniota was wonderful in her support to help Nina and I. Being new to living in Florida she was very helpful, in directing us to all the things we needed from insurance company to plumber. We met with Annette when we were down in January, to discuss possibly putting our unit on the market. Unfortunately, we bought at the height of the Florida real estate upswing for $440,000, back in 2005, and even with including our expensive and barely touched an Ethan Allen furniture., we were advised to set a fairly firm asking price of $325,000. We had fairly recently replaced the air conditioning system and refrigerator and had, just days before, replaced the hot water heater. Annette reviewed recent comps, as well as the history of the units currently on the market, and we felt comfortable putting the sale of our unit in her capable hands. Annette quickly took beautiful picture which showcased our beautiful view and furnishing and, within a week we accepted a cash offer for $320,000.
We will miss our Unit but look forward to traveling and eventually perhaps renting, in Florida, much closer to an airport.

Our experience with Harbour Isle Resale continues to exceed our expectations. Over the past three years we have bought and sold two units as well as two seasonal rentals of one of our units. On the sell side, communication from the office was timely and accommodating, Joy even furnished a monthly showing activity report with customer comments. We Had frequent showings and received multiple offers.
On the buy side, our needs and desires were always in the foreground and Annette found us the perfect units.
